Interesting photo…it looks like was made at midnight but if you watch carefully, 10 meters forward you can see that’s completeley daylight.
Photo taken at sunset. Thus the light sky. The narrow streets were dark and cozy while the open spaces still had some daylight. This is a snapshot taken on our way down from the historic Acropolis back to downtown Athens.
