Healthy slow-cooked Organic Yogi Tea

This spicy Yogi Tea from Black Cat is one of my favorites. Thanks to my love for introducing me to this cute little tea house in Oslo.

Yogi Tea (1)

Cinnamon, Cardamom Seeds, Ginger, Cloves and Black Pepper

Yogi Tea (3)

1–2 tablespoons of Yogi Tea and 1 liter (35 fl. oz) of water simmering (use a lid to prevent all water from vaporizing) for an hour.

Yogi Tea (2)

Add one tablespoon of your favorite tea for example cinnamon tea to the simmering Yogi Tea. Let it brew for 5 minutes. Then filter the tea. Add honey or milk if you like. Spicy and delicious!

Cheers! ♥

Herbs and spices are important ingredients in the ancient Indian Ayurveda diets. Take this test and find out which Ayurvedic body type (dosha) you have. Then buy the herbs and spices according to your type. Feels good!

  1. He he he! It’s not about Ayurveda, it’s about the tea, which is really fantastic. I’m an Oolong tea drinker, but unfortunately, we Europeans are so stupid. We prefer to buy all that crap multinational coffee (Jakobs, Thibo) instead of drinking something natural. PS. Which part of Oslo is that teashop, Anette? I know the city, tell me please.

What do you think?
