It’s very easy, Anette :) Children are grown up the way how are educated. If Slow TV will be “packed” in a strong teenage educational programme, it will be a success. Anyway, there are powerful “enemies” for now in implementing Slow TV on a teenage life. Facebook, smartphones…

I can go weeks without turning on my TV. I prefer getting news of my choice from the Internet. Too much bs on TV. Feels like wasting my time.
I wonder what the younger generation of kids think of this kind of broadcast?
I mean you could film all along the US coast line and from domestic trains. The kids could learn at least some geographic. Many find it exciting to watch and see if they can recognize people who stand there waiving with flags and banners. It could connect a nation.
And the side effects of listening to classical music while slowly drifting away along the coast, I believe have a calming effect, quieting our minds, lessening stress and agitation.
My idealistic viewpoint. :-)

This will be and is fabulous, what a great idea. I would have it on my TV while doing the internet or work in a minute when and if available in the US.

It reminds me of when we went to visit NASA quite few years ago, in our motel room they, NASA had a channel I found, showing the planet earth from a satellite in real time. I was so fascinated that I hardly slept.
This will certainly be the way of the future and what a pleasure it will be for many. I’ll watch the hour show later. Gosh this is exciting and most welcome to the world as I see it.

I agree with coast line fjords or spectacular travel routes like Transsiberian, but what about those reality shows in which a football player or a singer are filmed 24h/24h, even on toilet?
